Pause Membership
You can pause your membership from 3 to 6 weeks at a time, if you're traveling or need to take a break from social life. Fill out this form to pause the membership.
Quick Rules
- You can pause your membership for 3 to 6 weeks at a time.
- Start dates must be today or later (Europe/Zurich time).
- Maximum paused time is 9 weeks per calendar year.

If you're away or want to take a break and recharge your social battery, you can pause your membership from 3 to 6 weeks instead (see form above).
If you'd like to stop being social, click here to cancel your membership.
Please note, if you joined before July 2025 and paid via Stan Store you'll have a cancellation link in your email instead.
